Samantha Flinn – Principal Exercise Physiologist
Sam completed her Bachelors degree in Sport & Exercise Science (2011) and a Honours degree in Health Science (2012). Since then, she has gained experience working in cardiac, pulmonary and renal rehabilitation, musculoskeletal injuries, metabolic conditions and neuromuscular disorders. She also works at the NSW Institute of Sport since 2012 and as an academic tutor for Western Sydney University.
Her most recent accomplishment was the publication of her journal article titled ‘The differential effect of metabolic alkalosis and hypoxia on high intensity cycling performance’ in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research in 2014.
Outside of work, Sam has a budding toddler and 9 month old twin babies to keep her busy and she loves to go for walks with her family.
